Sir,I followed whole guided meditation and I felt sensation like something crawling in my spine after some time, and After completion I felt some kind of heat wave flowing through my spine all the way and I am feeling something different now, I usually do meditation and I just can not continue to do this on daily basis because of time but I have to find time now to do spine meditation thank you sir for this video and other videos

U can feel the sensationeven for the first time if your focus is clear.... So first of all sit in a comfortable position, relax yourself completely and then focus on spine..... U will surely feel sensations....

Sanjeev sir, today (4-8-2020, Tuesday) 20 mins back I mean sharp at 10.00 O clock around I did this guided meditation. Honestly saying I felt the sensation from tail bone to upwards. Pertinent to say that I also felt a little sensation too on the lower part of tail bone. It's my first attempt and I'm feeling so thankful to God and you as a guide. May God bless you and this world. After doing this guided meditation, I have realised that, {as Sanjiv sirji has said, that the bundle of nerves at the tail bone,are controlled by the mind )that I have been able to get the hair over my body to stand up, (goosebumps) by giving instructions to the bundle of nerves present in my tailbone.(Ofcourse excluding the hair on my head😃).Many thanks to Sanjiv sirji for helping me to discover this.🙏🙏🙏
