Abdul, The Argyle Muse Diamond was a 7.51 carat rough stone , cut a 2nd later , and in 1928 a 35 carat rough Diamond , from which the kazanjian Red 5.5 Grams , however cut they almost are never over 5 carat that is pretty accurate, you are basically right , cheers I am facinated with Plastic Deformation, that makes a pure stone Red fascinating cheers
Most red diamonds dont exceed 1 carat and you can identify adamantine luster when it hits light. If you found large stone it could be a red jasper agates or other red gems. Is there a kimberlite in area where you found yoir gem? This is one consideration the location.
