Astro Aceki I once did that with a crayon when I was around 5. I made half of a man's arm FREAKING PURPLE. And guess what? My mom decided that it was a masterpiece and made a t shirt AND a mug OUT OF IT!! The t shirt didn't fit me anymore, but every time I look at that mug, I feel the need to smash it apart, because that poor dude's arm is half purple😂😂😂

They also use I think hard pastels for the blush! They crush it and strain it or whatever to make a super smooth blush gradient
Aleyna Inlow she uses watered down acrylic paint and pushes it through a mesh screen with a toothbrush. The link to her tools is usually listed in the video descriptions :p
