It's been anything but a rivalry under Calipari's tenure' at Kentucky. Cal is 9-2 in 11 games to date against U of L, 7 of those 9 wins coming at the expense of Rick Pitino, and Cal is 2 for 2 in NCAA Tournament appearances against U of L. You can bake it, fry it, broil it, fricassee it, or whatever, but that's not a rivalry folks, that's just a good old fashioned ass whoopin'.

And both teams did actually end up getting to New Orleans, and Kentucky won and went on to be national champions. But technically, Louisville was never at that final four.
