Nice unboxing video! I also like the silver-haired Vince more. I think his clothes are really nice, but you are right they don't seem as "fancy" as the other characters. The no hands are a bummer :( I was disappointed that my Mimy Garden girls didn't come with the holding hands I have seen the new Lil' Fairies have. Having no extra hands at all is so much more disappointing. They may sell the extra tan skin hands separately at some point? I think that they will start to make more tan skin dolls in the future. Obitsu is also making some of their new dolls in a darker skin tone.
Small Seams Why thank you!! I’m glad you enjoyed it! I saw the tan skin Obitsu via pictures from Wonder Festival in July. She looks so cute, Obitsu is starting to be very hard to find outside of Japan though 😔. They won’t even let you order from their website via a proxy service either. I think they are getting stricter because of the huge surge in counterfeits of their doll bodies. I was discussing with others and Azone might have just done the tan skin to combat the money loss from counterfeiters making various skin tones in their dolls, so unfortunately the likelihood of them making more dolls with tan skin is very slim. I also don’t think he sold that well either. Which makes since darker skin isn’t very well revered in Asia from my understanding 😕
