Stop taking notes. Use mehlman notes and try to study it more thoroughly. Do as he suggested. Do more questions/ day and read more because you don’t know concepts. Same issue here so try to figure out your issues

Same didn’t get diagnosed until recently had no idea why i was having so much difficulty in medical school when i was already smart than most but could never perform in exams. Finally got prescribed non stimulant definitely helps with racing thoughts but not much improvement in motivation and focus. Stimulants are first line but my doctor refused to prescribe it because it can worsen anxiety

@@kappa633 what is drug components. Bupropion 300 mg is given to me. I used to do 40 questions review in 4 hrs . Today did 120 questions with review time in 4 hrs. Yeah same here no stimulants.
Let’s see how long this magic lasts. I had terrible medical school experience. Did other masters 4.0 GPA (maximum you can get).
Every aspect at least satisfactory, except medical study.

Im a US-IMG, post-grad. Just took step 2. Just finished a block of random questuons on uworld, 45% correct on 40 questions. solid step 2 foundation. think I could grind it out and finish step 1 by the end of september so I can join in this match season?
What do you think I should do from now until the end of september (which is when I wanna take the exam)?
I can VERY easily put over 12 hours of studying per day
