      It's common for our perception to differ between how we feel while dancing and how it looks on video. Recording yourself dancing can provide valuable feedback for improvement. Focus on specific aspects you'd like to work on, and don't be too hard on yourself. With practice and dedication, you'll improve over time! Keep dancing with confidence. 💃🎶

      to see whether you are performing the movements correctly, you can use any reflective surface (glass on a cabinet, windows, etc.). but in fact, in order to see progress and notice mistakes it is much more effective to film yourself

    I think the most important thing throughtout everything listed here is confidence. That's where it all starts anyway, and that's what will keep you going. So if you're a fellow dancer in training, make sure you believe and are confident with yourself! ❤❤❤

  • @aadaa672
    @aadaa672 3 месяца назад +13

    And one thing you need to notice is that you are finishing the movements. Many beginners start a move and before finishing it they go to the next move so that makes the dance look bad

    Also when you already learned the dance, always watch each member of the group dancing it! If you don’t have your specific style you can try copying their style or facial expressions at the begging.
    You can try finding your role model, for example Chaeryong or Lisa, try copying the way they move.
    Also watch which moves they do more sharply and which more smoothly!
    And one of the most important things, ALWAYS finish your moves. If you don’t finish them, the dance will look messy and rushed.
    Try different styles. For example learn one hip hop choreography, and one more girly or sexy. There are a lot different choreographies on RUclips (1M dance studio is one of the best imo) :))

    As a kpop and hip-hop dancer, if you’re learning a kpop dance while being a beginner, start with a kpop group that has less complicated choreographies. Starting off easy will help you improve your dancing a lot. My first kpop dance was “Wannabe” by ITZY. And if you know the dance to Wannabe, you should know that it is a very complicated dance. Especially if you’re a beginner. Start with dances like “Dance The Night Away” by TWICE or “As If It’s Your Last” by BLACKPINK. Please start easy and slow. Always stretch and stay focused. Don’t strain your muscles or joints to avoid injury. Happy learning!!!!

    What I did when I leaned to dance I actually started with a high intermediate dance. Then after I learned that I went to beginner dances. Learning a hard choreography first will make easy dance more easy, then when you return to harder dances they will also be easier than before.
    This just worked for me and a few other people I know, I'm not telling anyone to start of hard I'm just saying it's an option, but learning that hard dance will really suck a first, however, the reward after will feel great when beginner dances seem to fly by and you can learn the beginner dances in an hour.
    Again this is just me and a few other people. There is nothing wrong with learning a beginner dance as your first dance, but find a way that will work for you and will make you feel better in the end. For me that was learning hard first but that may not be the case for you.

    Sometimes I feel really discouraged because I compare myself to professionals and those who are much better than me…thank you for what you said and for making me gain more confidence ❤
    I also would like to say this, so maybe someone can give me advice or help me: My dream is to become a kpop idol, and I believe in my dreams but at the same time I have that little voice in my head that says “what if I don’t make it?” and that scares me more than anything. I’m literally terrified by these thoughts and I also don’t have a plan B if I can’t get plan A ❤

    • @lovepunchboutique
      @lovepunchboutique  4 месяца назад

      Hey! If you're feeling discouraged or scared about pursuing your dream of becoming a K-pop idol, remember that it's normal to have doubts, but it's important to believe in yourself. It's great that you have a dream, and it's okay to be scared of the unknown. Just take it one step at a time, stay focused, and work hard towards your goal. Remember, many successful people faced similar fears but persevered. Keep believing in yourself, and you never know what amazing things you can achieve! 💕💕

    I wanted to perform the song Mash Up in front of someone, because I love this song and it is strong. I learned it in two days and I think I mastered it. I was very impressed with myself. I have no idea how I reached this level. I think it was training. I danced a lot to K-Pop songs, and I found a song Mash up is easy. What I want to say is that I danced the song Mash Up in front of my aunts, my mother, and my grandmother. It was a dream to perform it in front of people. I always imagined this before sleeping. In fact, every time I do a dance in front of my family, I get nervous and laugh a lot and I don’t master the movements, but when I performed the mash-up song today, I was able to do it, and really, everyone was screaming , especially when it was time to perform the floor part, I felt like I was famous. This was the day. 😭🤍✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
    I came to watch your clip because I was excited, I wanted to learn more about tips to improve dancing 🎀🤧🫂🫂💞💞💞💞💞💞💞.

    “sometimes kpop idols dance too fast” well duh they’re not doing a dance tut 💀

    • @Heartsbsariana
      @Heartsbsariana Месяц назад

      Did you watch the whole video? Lol. Even if they are not doing a dance tutorial, you know that some dances are slower than others. For example, the hand signs in 'Magnetic' are so fast, but a slow dance like 'Butterfly' by LOONA is different. So watch the whole video before you place a foolish comment like that.

      @@Heartsbsariana why ask me if I watched the whole video if in the end you’re gonna assume I didn’t? fyi I *did* and dances obviously aren’t all the same speed. “the hand signs in magnetic are so fast” well duh different speeds are a thing.

      @@miuwonnie If you actually watched the whole video, you'd know that K-pop dances vary in speed. Dismissing that with 'duh' just shows you missed the point. Next time, think before you comment.

      @@Heartsbsariana omfg did you even read my comment? I said *dances obviously aren’t all the same speed* and you’re out here saying “dances vary in speed” that’s exactly what I said. maybe read before you comment.

      @@miuwonnie My point flew right over your head. You brushed off the idea of different dance speeds with a 'duh,' but now you’re backtracking, saying dances have varying speeds after insisting it's not a tutorial? Newsflash: it clearly is. Your whining about dance moves and their speed just proves you don’t get it. Maybe next time, actually engage your brain before you comment. It’s almost impressive how wrong you can be while trying so hard to sound knowledgeable.

      Keep dreaming big! Even if your parents aren't into your K-pop idol dream, it's important to respect their opinions because they know a lot. Talk to them, show them you're serious, and try to find a solution that makes both of you happy. They might give you good advice on how to follow your passion in a way that works for everyone.

      I get it! Wanting to wear a crop top is a big step, especially when you have to tell your parents. You could always use the classic, "But Mom, everyone in my class is wearing crop tops!"😅Just remember, confidence is key. Maybe start with a conversation about fashion trends and why you like the look. They might surprise you with their response!

      Try to move smoothly without stopping abruptly. Practice making your movements flow together like water. It might take time, but keep practicing, and you'll improve!
