There is this kite bird Boomerang in one russian bird reabilitation center, he can hunt, he can fly, he is absolutely healthum but as soon as he understood that he can get free food he decided to stick around. He finds his way back and is very good at simulating death or injuries, I think he is this eagle's long lost brother.

As there are 19 species when you include even the extinct ones with some species ranging from being ranked as (least concern) meaning they aren't threatened in any shape or form to the ones that are (extinct in wild). There is also 2 species that exists from cross breeding of different species with the newest of the Hybrid species having one of its parents being the long established hybrid species known as Harlequin maccaws.

there was a very interesting study we read about in one of my bio classes, i dont remember the name but it was very interesting looking at birds and at what point do they fly or when do they use it, it had something to do with bird's preferences on when to fly (when they prefer to walk vs fly) i think they used a slope to help determine this, it was a very interesting study..
Raised by humans since a baby.. I’d say he’s imitating what he sees the humans do and is thought to be normal behavior for him being the lack of fellow birds and emulating them.
I don't think so. I've been learning about falconry for the past at least six months. My guess would be this animal wasn't fledged and taught the proper skills at the right age. A lot of falconers handrear their own birds and they turn out to be _fantastic_ animals. Falconry and Me is a _great_ example of that. She likely wasn't reared properly by the handlers to fly at the right age due to the fact she was weak as a chick.

And will not be able to eat for a long long time I want to say a year or so till their beak grows back
If this bird doesn’t have the muscle tone or muscles and fat when that happens it will actually die of starvation
PETER PIPER that is completely incorrect and is a myth. An eagles lifespan is about 30 years and losing any part of its beak can be detrimental. They rely on their beaks, feathers, and talons all their lives. Eagles will starve within 3 days without food. He needs to get healthy because regardless of whether he’s in captivity or not it is not good for him. Having low muscle mass is not comfortable. He is maintaining but he looks stressed even if he is happy. I hope they are still working on that.
