I remember when i was going with a teammate going side a farmland near NAS and there was 3 events near each: Road work or the zombies that have fixed the road Prison Bus with all the zombies Yellow Party Bus on the farm house near the road I felt Lucky that all the events in there where not looted, usually i find every event looted but i guess i was SOO LUCKY that no player or looted event was spotted
