What is that addon that says "Character Activity is being Monitored" and what does it do?

It's the Hardcore sddon! It has built in tracking to make sure that you are following the rules properly. So for example, I have it set up to where if I join a group in the open world for any reason, the addon will tell me that my run has failed and I need to start over.
