Toddy Tapping in Sri Lanka

Toddy comes from Coconut, Kitul and Palmyra Flowers. When distilled, produce Arrack, a spirit like Whiskey. Boiled to obtain Treacle, similar to Maple Syrup and Jaggery. Toddy use to make Vinegar as well.
Toddy is sweet in the morning and become stronger as the time passes.
