Hi and thanks for this. If when I first tried setting up trust lines for another coin in the past, I accidentally set up way too many, can I delete some and get any stored tokens back? I should probably do that since only one trust line is needed right?
It depends on the time your holding. If you have tokens DO NOT remove the trustline. If you have 0 tokens you can remove the trust-line and get your 2 xrp back.

Nope that happened over a year ago. You can passively earn RPR by holding ASC or ARK tokens
If you hit the Remove button your 2 xrp will be gone , if your hit the remove button you will get your xrp back.....
Which is which?
You need the trustline to hold the tokens, If you remove the trustline while you hold the tokens you could loose them (I’m not sure if there are safeties to prevent this now) If for example you hold 0 tokens for a particular trustline and you remove the trustline, you will receive the 2 xrp back.
So trustlines are meant for you to receive tokens or coins made by ppl⁉️ Why would someone make trustlines & their own tokens & why would someone want to receive them⁉️
Trustlines are a security measure to protect against (dust attacks) only the tokens you choose should be in your wallet. Different tokens have different use cases, and therefore may have a different value. Many people are in this space for speculative purposes, other people wish to look for passive income, and still others want to play games with the tokens as a currency. There are many cases for cryptocurrency.
