Been a fan of your channel for a while. Don't normally comment on videos but, as I watched this one everything began looking very familiar. I was born and raised in Brunswick and as I watched the video I kept thinking, 'I wonder if that's southern Georgia.' If you are familiar at all with the Marshes of Glynn, the wooded areas of Georgia have a beautiful way of opening up while traveling as you get closer to the ocean. It's been so long, I've lived out west most of my life now so I was questioning why everything was looking more and more like home as the video continued. Then, the Jekyll sign flashed through the frame in a millisecond and I had to replay and stop the video and sure enough, y'all were on Jekyll, and I knew you were in Brunswick. Spent many happy days on the beach on Jekyll. My grandmother used to drag me out of bed early enough so we could go over to Jekyll and watch the sunrise. Jekyll was close because we actually lived on Blythe Island. Brought tears to my eyes as I watched you under those live oak trees. Definitely a thumbs up for this one . . .
Cool trip and videography. Poor Nikon. lol. Still using my Guardian suit. I really like it. I have plenty of honey this year. I may have to start a store front on line. Take care.
Hey, Randy. I was thinking how your photography is showing real talent and how you’re building new skills. You might be interested to learn about the concept of “talent stacks,” a term coined by Scott Adams. He explores the idea in his book, How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big. Adams does the Dilbert comic. He also does a daily political podcast here on RUclips. He explores the idea of amassing proficiency in multiple areas to be successful. He’s written a few books. The one I mentioned above talks about the value of implementing systems over setting goals. I have that book and it was pretty interesting. Made me think about a lot of things differently. That’s always good! You don’t have to buy the book, there’s tons of stuff online from Adams and from others writing about his work. Anyway, I see you as a guy who is developing myriad skill sets. Thought you might be interested in the theory behind it.
What a total drag about the camera/lens. I'd be more than happy to contribute some funds for a new camera and lens, I'm sure most here would. I always enjoy your videos and photography, it's the least I could do!
I tried buying a bee suit many years ago. I could never get them to fit the bees right though. Dunno... You know what it's like trying to tie a windsor on a bee tie?
Ok, Im gonna be 'that person'...whoever owns that mare REALLY needs to review their feeding program. To be that thin at such an early point in raising her foal, she either has health issues that need to be addressed, or she is very aged, in which case she likely needs better, more digestible feed and plenty of it. No joke, this needs to be dealt with or it is quite likely that they'll lose the mare and foal. All that aside, Randy, so sorry about the camera; I managed to run over mine. Coolpix, RIP. Thanks for bringing us along, and wonderful to see the missus for a change!

I found it on Audible. I'll start listening to it tonight. Thank you.
Congrats on your New Company and name change 🐦🐝.
I'm glad you got away for some giggles and something different to do👏🍁.
JO JO IN VT 😆💕
This should be a good move. I've had many businesses. This is her first. I'm excited for her.
lmbo😆
When we're you in GA that's where I live
That was back in May
What a total drag about the camera/lens. I'd be more than happy to contribute some funds for a new camera and lens, I'm sure most here would. I always enjoy your videos and photography, it's the least I could do!
Very much appreciated Wolf Pack. I got a replacement for it on Ebay a few weeks ago.
I tried buying a bee suit many years ago. I could never get them to fit the bees right though. Dunno... You know what it's like trying to tie a windsor on a bee tie?
🥰🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Plus if you aren't careful you can get their little legs stuck in the zipper.
She looked skinny but I don't know horses. Sorry about the Coolpix.
@@628DirtRooster Thanks, it was pathetic but a whole lot cheaper than yours! Deepest condolences!
Looks like y'all had a good time. I hate you busted up your camera and lens. That's something like I would do
Stay off the tracks man. lol
@14:56 - BBQ? I like my pork medium, but on the hoof is a little rare for me. Brings to mind another joke:
A cow, a pig and a chicken walk in to a BBQ. The End.
Thoroughly enjoyed. Great to see you both throughout the video. Lets look forward to Nikon being able to fix the camera for low hundreds of dollars. All the best :)
Here's hoping.
I have been in that tunnel driving a semi and it is never a good feeling when you get drops of water hitting the windshield lol.
When we were kids we used to hold our breath all the way through it. lol
@@628DirtRooster there would be a crease in the seat when I got out of it lol
Lovely trip! The beach about broke my heart. I'm from Nova Scotia originally, half Cape Bretoner. Fiona has smashed to bits one of the loveliest places on Earth. Fiona targeted the Maritimes.
You DO CAPTURE the Beauty of the South
I know nothing about cameras but I do do think you are a talented photographer I love the pic in your vids
Well thank ya. I do enjoy shooting.
You should talk to Fred Dunn - he's a professional photographer/videographer.
Ole Fred is out of my league. Plus he shoots on the new Z9 which is like super fine art quality equipment. I love his work.
I work on Jekyll Island. I wished I would have ran into y'all while you were there to say hey! Looks like y'all had a good time! Maybe next time.
Aw man that would have been cool. If we make that trip again maybe we can invite people for a beach meet up.
Awesome video Randy! Looks like a fun trip.
Hey, I always put the loops around my thumbs too. Like you said "it's what they're for".
I waited to order my bee jacket for the Honey, so I can finally pull the trigger.
Appreciate you man.
Let me know how our honey compares to Texas Tallow honey.
Rooster. Did you have some makeup on? She put a little foundation on your face? Just kidding. Folks Guardian bee apparel is the best!
No I just wasn't a sweaty mess in this video. haha
Loved it, so sweet and relaxing
You are very kind.
Randy this is a great video. Give my love to you Mom and Dad
I sure will. Anna and Tim are coming down to see them this weekend.
Great Jacket. Machine washable but make sure you zip all zippers up before washing. I hang it to dry. I hand wash the veil though
Also close the velcro before washing.
I want to see the butterfly fly by my house.
Is that close by you? I think it was in New Albany, MS.
