It appears you included your git repo in the zip file, because as soon as you moved into that directory you got a git prompt. Is that a normal thing to do? Upload your repo to the web server?
How if we already our virtualenv inside the project directory?

In command you have to execute python manage.py createsuperuser

You can. It depends how many web app you have. For multiple app you need multiple web app.
In the free version you can only deploy one web app. But if needed, you can always upgrade your account.
