    I think within 6 months of time, people are going to blame the youtube mediators for lossing theirs money in the mutual funds and stocks. So, seriously some disasters happenings in the market.

      They are not real estate mediators. They are professional finance experts. They themselves invest money in capital markets, including stocks, bonds & mutual funds. They also invest in gold & real estate. Whether one should simply buy whatever they say in a channel is up to their own personal choice and risk appetite. What I see is they follow and teach professional money management techniques. They emphasize on value buys. They also give solid advise on strategically correct investments which are based on demand/supply parameters, value, risk bearing ability & geopolitical issues.
      At the end of the day they want u to beat inflation.

    Hi Vinod..
    Anand sir, recently in a video telling about a Yale Professor and economist authored books irrational exuberance and narrow economics. Can you ask in the Q&A who should read those books?
    And I have a personal question, I've read Psychology of money, Rich dad poor dad, Cashflow quadrant which helped me motivated on investing and Learn to earn - currently reading where i started learning the fundamentals and stock picking tools.
    What you think my next book has to be?

    • @Cholan6898

      If you can access good library where you pay small fees, online borrowing use that before returns to India. Use those features which is very exclusive to your region.

    Is NRE deposit - tax free better than bond for NRI?

    • @waris_loves_everyone
      @waris_loves_everyone 2 дня назад

      NRE deposit better as you dont pay taxes on maturity however some bonds gives yield of 11% you can buy bonds in your family name - mother, father who are not NRI to avoid paying taxes of 20%. And most of the bonds it doesnt allow NRIs to invest.

    I reckon reliable companies like Muthoot, Satin credit care, Chola & Tata Motors Finance also issue secured & Tier II bonds. Disclaimer: Consult your financial advisor.
