Sir in 17:03 example you said that the services provided by senior advocate to the firm of advocate is to liable to tax under FCM. Shouldn't it be under RCM as the firm of advocates is treated as business entity and liable to RCM? (Assumed that the firm of advocates turnover exceeds the threshold limit in the preceding FY.

M/s AB international pvt. Ltd. ( small business entity whose turnover is less than 20 lakhs, but registered under Gst) take a service from law firm for trademark registration.
Now, Is this service a legal service?
And, Is this exempt under RCM?
