for contents: this prank was for a show they were doing to explore the human body and see if sad tears is equal in salt as the happy ones. at the end they hugged him

SUJU are really good at variety from day one and they took the chances to deal with problems too. The "prank" was done cuz the show asked for real tears, but it somehow showed there might be tension in the team at that time so Hyuk and Wookie fell for it and brought real emotions. Same as Heechul and Hyuk in best friend notes, they adressed their problems and became close after the show. Suju are real human beings, and they are never shy to show that. That's why I love them!
when hangen left suju the first thing that came to my thoughts was this prank.this was a prank,but hangeng left was a real thing and hangeng left suju without telling anyone but his lawyer.. eunhyuk cried so much so does wookie when shindong asked him have you ever thought lightly of me? . .
The amount of problem and difference between them that they overcame is what make their bond really strong
To make this straight any 2nd gen and 1st gen are great at variety.

@@rakshitasingh6574 They had to create problems so that EunHyuk and RyeoWook cry. They had to make them feel bad, so ShinDong tried to make HyukJae feel as if what he does for the group is meaningless and out of pity. Hyukkie cherishes friendship a lot, so that was the fastest way to make him cry :c
So the prank was scripted, but EunHyuk and RyeoWook's reactions were not. I would say even KyuHyun got emotional without pretending to do it. He had been discharged from the hospital (after being in coma amd near to death).
I think the most ruthless one to me was when some group, not sure which one, pulled a prank on a foreign member saying that his mom came to visit when he hadnt seen her in years. That was evil af

@@maddy4690 i remember watching that clip. it was from a show, i think. the other cast members wanted to prank him and said his mom came. he was so excited, but turns out that it was just a comedian (?) or another cast member dressed up in a wig and dress. jackson got really upset, so to make up for it, i think the show producers really got his mom and dad the next time. i remember jackson crying instantly the moment he saw them, especially his mom.
@@madeofcastiron you're probably talking about JYP bringing his parents to Korea because he couldn't return bang to Hong Kong for Christmas and he missed them so much. I remember the tv show which pranked him like this but I don't think they made it up to him by bringing them. It was definitely jyp who did. Now I don't know if it was in a different occasion. I have been an ahgase for a long but I don't recall this one 😅 anyway have a happy day ( ◜‿◝ )♡
Its doni and coni who decided to pull a prank on him . And they are most awful show hosts I've ever seen . Before they have said awful things to idols and hitting idols with a hammer so hard for the purpose of " entertainment " . And it's so disgusting.
It wasnt the members it was a show called roommate and one of the roommates thought it was funny to pretend to be his mum but what they didnt know was how he actually really misses her and that its been so long since he was with her at that time. Afterwards whether it was the show or JYP idk planned to surprise jackson with the rest of the cast members n got his mum and dad on the show,it was so emotional everyone cried.
Even knowing that it's a show-scripted prank... even after watching it more than once... I still cry.

Hyukjae has such a big heart.
He got pranked 3 times and every single time we got to see him act like such a kind generous human being. He truly is a good man !
Fyi: the point of the prank is to collect tears and compare if 'sad' tears are different from 'no emotion' tears (stimulated by onions for example).
As heart-wrenching as this is, later on there was a pretty hilarious scene where Yesung went around shoving a bottle on their faces to collect tears and no one suspected what he's doing.

They should also show the rest of the clip. The reveal and the interview. Because clip like this are sometimes taken out of context.
The ending was heartwarming and all of them are crying because they realize how much they value each other.
Also- SJ has a lot of prank and prank wars. It is unfair to name the clip as the Harshest prank in Kpop history

Almost 12 years since i've first seen this prank and it still makes me tear up and cry the moment Hyukjae started to break down... this really showed how much they mean to each other and how much they love each other but it still breaks my heart watching them fight even if It's fake 😭

Most ruthless prank was done on sechskies when they faked the death of one of the members and one of the members thought he actually killed his own friend during their activity.

This is from EHB (Explorers of the Human Body) and in this episode in particular they were trying to proof the saltyness in tears. During the episode all of them try different things to make the other members cry and then see if "real tears" are more/less salty that the ones they "make" by using like onions, spicy food, blow air direct to the eyes, etc.
The prank was made by the staff and most of the members cause they needed real tears (bring by emotions) making Hyukjae and Ryeowook the target 😅
As where to find it... theres still some ELF channels here on YT that still have it, just look "Super Junior EHB" or "Exploradores del Cuerpo Humano" if you are Latin ELF.
This episode is 8 i think 🤔 but actually the whole season is super funny 😂
Watch the whole series of EHB! It's worth it and you will have a great laugh! It is exactly the reason why I am an elf today.

No. I think there was this one idol who was ordered to shot his member/bestfriend using a fake toy gun and that idol willingly obliged. After shooting the member he laid on the ground with fake blood making that idol believe that he killed that member. That was the most ruthless prank in kpop for me

Its called Super Junior Exploration of the Human Body (EHB). Its hard to find the full show as this was 15 years ago (2007). You can only find some clips in youtube.
