Let's make this very clear: Gaza was never an open-air prison, unless the existence of borders between Gaza and its TWO neighbouring countries count as prison. "Refugee camps" are built-up neighbourhoods where the grandchildren of refugees live. There are no camps in Gaza. There was also an abundance of food. 30,000 workers crossed into Israel daily, where they had jobs. Indeed, most of the population was poor by Western standards and the people lived under the oppressive regime of Hamas (not Israel). Nonetheless, half the world would happily live in the conditions the people of Gaza lived under until October 7th.
First of all, the land called( its not real ) wasn’t even in the maps before 1948, The so called people of light ( noting but pure darkness in their hearts as we saw) stole it from its rightful owners by creating massacres, ethinc cleansings, and genocides ( Dont take my word for it because they confess this in books, movies , gatherings ect. Secondly , you have zero right deciding what the living standards of anyone should be . Thirdly , when organisations like the UN, Human watch, amnesty international just to name a few say that Ga za was an open air prison then everyone should listen. Supporting (its not real ) even after we know about all the lies they told is simply bigoted. There were no rap ed women, no be headed babies and they confirmed kil ling their own people in the music festival. The IDF has proven to be the weakest , inhumane immoral army that ever existed , not to mention to the most disgusting since they ware diapers by their own admission.
Lets just assume you have no idea what horrendous conditions they actually live in because you are sitting typing this from a place of privilege, that they do in fact have ok conditions to live in. They are however not recognized or enabled to be a sovereign state, their supplies are controlled, they are not allowed to leave by air, by sea or land. They literally dont have enough water as all of it is controlled by israel. Being in an 'open-air-prison' doesn't means it also has to look like one.
I couldn’t say it better, but it’s actually more than half of the word. Notice that for some time they also got free electricity water and cellphone calls from Israel. Of-course hamas then sell it and charge money from the citizens.
how could have gaza and west bank never have been an open air prison if they were under oppression, constant surveillance and various lynchings by IDF for over 70 years? have you never seen the horrors of the nakba (which happened BY THE ISRAELIS before hamas even existed)

So much for the "open air prison" image that was being painted earlier!
Normal Finkelstein proves you are a wicked liar.
I couldn’t say it better, but it’s actually more than half of the word. Notice that for some time they also got free electricity water and cellphone calls from Israel. Of-course hamas then sell it and charge money from the citizens.
