I 110% recommend that you visit Gardens, if you are in Tampa or Clearwater. Definitely get the fast pass, it will be an investment because otherwise you cannot cover the entire expanse of this place.
We did end up missing a few rides because of the rains, but honestly the number of animals that came out because it was raining made up for the rides we missed.
