Typically I love this podcast and the titles match the content, but this should have been called “How Already Successful RE Investors Utilize VAs”. BP has been putting out a lot of content regarding kicking off 2024 strong, and those of us who are true rookies are looking to this channel for guidance and motivation to get started. All of this VA stuff went way over my head! Congrats on the baby Tony!
