@@IJGaming2003 when you have exp share and u have an ally without exp share next to u, no matter which one of you two knock out a wild Pokemon, non exp share holder gets 100% of the experience of the wild Pokemon and exp share holder gets 30% of the experience of the wild Pokemon. Basically creating 30% more exp since originally if two allies both without exp share, the ally that knock out the wild Pokemon gets 70% experience and the other gets 30%. Hope this helps
