People working in Gurgaon or other parts of Haryana would definitely prefer something close to their circle or workplace. Same goes with noida and so on. When a big development takes place it takes some time to come in proper shape. People initially discard and later comes in queues to buy there and pay higher prices. Its natural!

In fresh, prices are around 40 000 per square yard in resale much lower than that.
