Nirmal life style at Mulund. Three towers since 2010. Not completed.. No permission for higher floors. But people booked by paying 100% cost over and above for the interiors furnishing also. Builder duped. Few members formed society. Charged additional payments to complete building and repair rusty steel etc. Now society commitee members are thretening to with hold possesion if and when it will be completed for want of excess funds. He knows how to break rules, break groups / protestors etc. He has captured thousands of acre land with these qualities. So before buying homes in such projects people should think.

Unfortunately common man has no support in such case. My lacs of money is blocked in the project, not Lodha but other builder project and now the builder declaired insolvency . Now the case is in NCILT. The court says that they will find other builder who can complete the project. The expenses fir the process , we the property holders will have to pay. Rera is no use at all. All laws are in favour of builders.

Banks don't just seal the property for which loans are not paid. They just sell/auction it to potential buyer and get their money. Loss is yours only.
