About the lack of confidence for me it's because my parents grew me up to doubt myself.

Really appreciate for sharing your genuine feelings and thoughts like a friend, and ends on a positive note in the end. I feel encouraged and inspired. Thank you so much.

The opposite of confidence, is unconfident, shy unassured, insecure. I always go through trying to find the right words to use when I talk about things, what helps me with understanding words or finding words to come up with when I struggle with things, is to simply goggle them, on the Google Oxford dictionary thus me understanding there meanings, there synonyms and antonyms, that’s what helps me excel at writing and conveyances, I’ve learned how to employ better words to properly describe things wheather it’s a situation or how im feeling, I recommend that you start with that, learning words and how to use them more, it will enable your confidence and help you to expand your vocabulary and knowledge. You can learn anything, nothing is impossible, want to be a good speaker, writing is the key, look up words and there meanings, learn how phrases work, and idioms etc, if you want to learn music, you can find tons of videos on RUclips about music theory, and Wikipedia or other websites, i study music theory all the time, because I love music and I composed music aswell. But that’s my advice to you.

I feel that we haven't had enough positive experiences. We need to fake it until we make it... But people can throw negativity back at us when there ego is bruised... We pull back and feel negative as we want the best for ourselves and the person we talking to but they rob us of our confidence. I think some people pick this up... Then they try be nasty to boost themselves. Making it another negative experience leaving us once again unconfident but the sad part is is because we too genuine. We the last person to deserve this... We too honest, we need to learn how to be relaxed and funny but at the same time honest and postive.

Nothing personal but if I see one more person say small steps I might have to blow my brains out.

Just from the little I know about you, I don't think you give yourself enough credit. You seem to underestimate your accomplishments and your many good qualities, and instead tend to focus on what you see as shortcomings. It sounds like you are caught in a negative feedback loop where you can never measure up to your own standards. This is more common than you might think. If you want to build up your confidence, you need to break out of that negative feedback pattern. It's a lot like breaking a bad habit, because that's kind of what it is. Reversing these thought patterns requires rigorous mental discipline and repetition. I know it's not easy, but it can be done. It's a process of re-training your brain. Every time you start beating up on yourself, recognize what you are doing and make a conscious effort to stop. Focus on your accomplishments instead. Treat yourself as you would treat a close friend, with compassion and kindness. It took courage and confidence to start your own RUclips channel. You have been able to overcome your shyness to the point where you to talk to lots of people on a daily basis (even if it is online.) And doing Wordle puzzles every day, in front of hundreds of viewers...that takes guts! Many people would be a nervous wreck if they had to do that for even one day. These are fantastic accomplishments!

Yes, Kenny comes across as confident to me. I could never have my own RUclips channel, I would feel too exposed.
