I had frankenplanned 5 planners last year, but I have a new job that takes more time and now I feel like I need to simplify. This is exactly what I was thinking, was simplifying all my planners into one again. I think the sections in the dashboard would work well, having the sections for each topic instead of a whole separate planner. Thank you for this. It’s exactly what I was mentally processing for next year. 😊
I swear I started off with one and now I have like 4 planner and swore I said I was not gonna get more than one! Aaannnnnnnnddd now I got and work with 4!
@@saraisolis9899 lol it’s my ama and my ma on the phone, all I hear, then I’m on the phone with my sister or friends and there I go same thing! Lol Smh vicious cycle. Lol but yeah I use multiple I though it would be over whelming but meal planning I using as a menu options for the weeks, my journaling is when I can get to 3 times a week, regular everyday and then I have my baking orders one and currently working on a recipe one but that one is strictly when there is time, I do have a skinny to for like the on the go in my backpack when I can’t take out my regular planner
I take the 3 vertical rows and divide each one in half, so I have 6 rows for various functions. I also date weekly Sunday to Saturday to match the monthly view. The medium boxes are great for re-dating and the small boxes are for each focus.
Thank you for these tips. Im kind of in a planner funk right now. I have been franken planning but Im really not using all the sections. I've been leaning towards moving to one planner to see how it works. Thanks for sharing.
If I were to want 3 sections in one planner. Say my home life(kids daily things, medical) on one section, then I have a work from home, & I am a part of a recovery group, as a mentor, 3 different sections in one planner . What size rings would I use??? I am trying out a happy planner, which is way different than my daytime planner, I have used for 15+ years
I use classic size discs for my planner and I have 4 sections in this planner. I usually keep 3 months of my main planner and then one month of the other planners. If you need more room than move up to expander size discs but I would try the classic first
If you have a video on covering up decorations preprinted on the happy planner pages could you point me in that direction lol I bought a blank vertical disney one BUT there are different color stars all across the top of the pages :(
I love my on the go planner but there’s not much that they offer in it with that size. I want to do a doll projects, the kids and home and writing and I’m trying to find a planner that can accommodate all that.
A really important tip is to use happy notes. Classic rings fit a 12 month planner and a happy notes. Or just add one tab for every 4 months of the happy notes. Then everything really does fit. Thanks for the video. :)
Great instructional video. Planning can feel overwhelming with so many different planners. Thank you
You're welcome! Thanks for watching Sandi!
