The songs for San Remo are not made to win Eurovision, and because of the relatively small stage, there is no room for any big "spectacle" that you almost always see in Eurovision. And the participants in San Remo also chose their own conductor for the orchestra. Each artist has to sing their song 3 times in 5 days plus a cover of their own choice, so it's tough for them and very demanding.
Sanremo contest usually lasts for a week, from tuesday to saturday from 9pm to 1/2 am in the morning. Therefore, singers (30 of them) perform their songs more than once.
Brother you absolutely need to react to " fila indiana " also by Angelina Mango where she writes and speaks VERY STRONGLY about what happened with people and relatives after her father's death. I recommend the live in London in the Eurovision preparty. And you absolutely have to react with the Lyrics you will be shocked I think by what she and her brother Filippo who is her drummer actually experienced.

Whoever wins Sanremo also gets offered to represent Italy at Eurovision, and since Angelina won she'll be at Eurovision this year, but Eurovision hasn't started yet
