Not accepting the payment is big enough but what really strikes me is he ignored her bloody face photo. Despite whatever fight they had that night he pulled a Travis Scott negligence card and did not phone/ or send somebody out to make sure she or Archie didn’t die that night. Once you leave someone for dead- that speaks more on your character than anything else.

If it's true that Shannon offered to settle the suit for the full amount $$ (smart and no doubt a suggestion from her counsel), and he didn't go for it (for refusing to sign the NDA or WHATEVER the reason), that absolutely shows his motive is not the $$ and that is disgusting, IMO. She's right, going forward w/ litigation/lawyers will certainly cost more than the requested amount $$. It's super gross, and I hope Shannon stays strong, has a few allies this season, tries to level her drinking, and does NOT actually have a nervous breakdown! Not accepting the payment is big enough but what really strikes me is he ignored her bloody face photo. Despite whatever fight they had that night he pulled a Travis Scott negligence card and did not phone/ or send somebody out to make sure she or Archie didn’t die that night. Once you leave someone for dead- that speaks more on your character than anything else.
