Great tips again G! 🍊I saw many bad manners/behaviors in stores. One of them was an angry woman screaming about the “injustice” when another woman was having her bag revealed. In front of clients she was telling she is entitled to her dream bag too etc she ended up managed by security. SA are human and they are trying their best to stafisfy their clientele, being rude should never be an option when speaking with somebody. We can have more elegance than that, level up please😅🙏🏼
Definitely be courteous, should go without saying...anywhere you're shopping. Whether it's a thrift store or a high end store...being polite will get you service with respect, being rude is a great way to get banned perhaps, etc.
Next time you do a Q&A video, I would love to learn more about what goes into your Hermes profile. It seems clear that online orders do not help your purchase record, but I always see contrasting answers on whether items that your SA orders for you in the store count towards your profile. For example, when an SA orders items that the store does not have in your size.
Thank you for the video, G! You are absolutely right with your recommendations. In my case, I always try to show my personal style, and this has been key to build a close relationship with the team at Hermes. They exactly know what I need and what I want. For this reason, I have been offered just what I need without any pressure. 😍
I was in Hermes in NY only once and there was a lady screaming about wanting a bag. I walked out of the store. In LA it is much harder if a process to just get inside the store (Beverly Hills) a gentleman next to me was picking up shoes for Sir Elton John! Totally normal guy. Every woman was dressed head to toe in Hermes. I was not. I got great treatment. I prefer LA but it’s harder to get inside.
I shop there and really enjoy my SA. I think they enjoy seeing clients wear their pieces as well. It also goes to show that you enjoy their products and actually do wear their items. I do see many clients come in the store wearing their Hermès bags or RTW pieces.
I would not survive working in a luxury boutique. I have never shopped at Hermes’, but I have witnessed some startlingly bad behaviour at LV! I have frequently felt aghast at the tantrums! And in the end, it gets them nowhere. I am a minor client having bought SLGs and books mostly. Yet at the height of their rarity I was able to buy a mini pochette. Just luck! No point in temper! Thank you for the video!
Yesterday, I went into my Hermes local boutique here in Melbourne Australia. My SA said Hermes going to have the biggest price increase next year Jan. I think due to our weak Aussie dollar. He told me to buy big in December and put my Birkin 30 wishlist in. I did build prespend since Feb this year where i started my Hermes journeys. I would said my current prespend is 1.3 ratio 1 Birkin 30 price. I yet to get or ask a quota bag. Yesterday my SA tell me to spend big in December to ratio the current price of the Birkin 30 this year and submit the request wishlist for a Birkin 30 next year. My wishlist will stay ratio this year price even if i going to get and paid for the new Birkin 30 price next year. It does really confused me. I not sure u understand what i trying to said here. But does this feel confusing of the ratio pricing for this year and paid new price?
@kgan4733 I don't think they are holding any bags for me. Australia gets very low stock, and competition here is very fierce. Mel in Melbourne shop at the same boutique as I went to. In one of her videos, she said 1 quota bag per year in that boutique. I didn't ask any quota bag from my SA, but yesterday, my SA pushed me to get the Birkin 30 first and forget about the Lindy 26 in Black. I love Garden Party 30 and Lindy. I just got an offer a GP 30 in Gris Meyer yesterday. Apparently, Lindy 26 in Black is so hard to get. As he knows, if I go for a Birkin, he can get me any neutral colour instead of the black that is hard to get. And I know my SA looks out for me, too. He said spending big and putting me in the wishlist now on Birkin 30 will ratio me this year price even if he offered me the Birkin next year with a new price. I am just confused, but I understand what he means.
The bags are being massed produced now and are not completely hand stitched anymore🥲. I personally will not court any company where I spend my money. They need to court me the consumer. I walked into the store for the first time, told them what I was looking for and got it, Togo Birkin 30 Gris Tourterelle. As you said, I don’t play games either I just ask for what I want and usually get it.

It is a shop. They are supposed to treat the customers in the shop as priority.
They are to make money
I will inform them of your opinion next time I’m there. I’m sure they will submit to you.
One of the best vlogs on here. Truthful, informative and honest with style. Absolutely loved this 💕
Being pushy will not help deliver that bag. It’s crazy that some people think it will. Great video as always.
Unfathomable 🫣

Couldn't agree more 🤍
Any plans to publish a Holiday gift guide this year. If so, when might that be?
I could do..in the next couple of weeks? 🤍

Be patient, enjoy the shopping and quality of the products…the dream bags will come. Thanks for sharing the details.
Couldn't have said it better myself 🤍

Aww it's so nice to hear 🤍
Hahahaaa 😂😂😂😂 GPS you cracked me up with your imitation of the angry lady 😂😂😂😂. Nice video as always.
Thank you so much for the extremely useful advice especially the don’ts. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it 🤍
Such a great video, as always. Also, gorgeous new background; I’m glad you left your closet. 😏
Glad you like it 🤍
A Birkin is definitely best for everyday use. After using it as a daily bag, I eventually had to have my Kelly handle replaced.
Great video, best behavior is always key for anyplace you shop.
Couldn't agree more 🤍
Such a great video - and omg the black and white high speed Karen story made my day 😂😂

Thank you for sharing your experiences 🤍 Agree, they can tell if you're only wearing Hermes to try to impress / show off 🫣

A good customer should bow to SA, and treat them with courtesy, buy them presents and try to cheer them up.

Maybe, they are holding off the bags
