I really have no idea why the Incredible Crash Dummies had so many video games, but the SNES one is nowhere near as bad as the concept or the LJN branding might lead you to think. That being said, it's also nowhere near as good as the NES version was.
I have grown up tired of listen that LJN made bad games lol I think THQ was way worse, at least I have played like 5 good LJN games from 10 that I know.
PunishedSonicSpeed I guess it’s subjective but I think THQ is a little better in my opinion because I did like Home Alone for SNES. I play it every Christmas. Call me crazy. Their later wrestling games, especially No Mercy, were good but honestly in the 8-bit and 16-bit era, it’s really a battle who’s the worst. LJN was responsible for that awful Back to the Future 2 and 3 that NintendoComplete can’t wait to get through. It’s the bane of my existence.
@@MFields2178 For me, I think it depends on the time. LJN was awful, no question, but when THQ started putting stuff on NES, late 90/early 91, I'd guess? With Peter Pan? Omg that was terrible. Wayne's World and Rocky n Bullwinkle were absolute trash, and have you played Home Alone on NES? I'm not exaggerating when I say it's utter misery. It's way worse than even PS2 Home Alone. I would rather not play video games than play NES Home Alone. Home Alone was alright on SNES, though, and I liked Where's Waldo on NES. LJN had a similar balance going on, though. I think they were basically the THQ of the late 80s, before THQ. Most of theirs, like Xmen, Bill n Ted, and BttF2&3 (f*** me, I've tried so hard to play that but the game is a complete vampire and goes on *forever*!) were completely dire, but occasionally a good one (Crash Dummies, Nightmare On Elm Street, Roger Rabbit... well, I loved it at least lol) snuck through. Mainly the ones made by Rare. Of course, LJN quickly died at the end of the NES's life and THQ quickly figured out that people wouldn't buy shit shovelled into a cartridge and thankfully started making good stuff, so I guess things all became right in the end. I mean, they published G Darius on PS1. What a 180 that was!
This is...special. The more the dummy takes damage, the more he lose limbs(reminds me of The Black Knight moment of Monty Python’s Holy Grail). Not the craziest game i saw, but certainly one of the most original characters.
NintendoComplete never try it. In fact i never heard of it ! To be honest, i never played on the SNES. I searched Plok on RUclips and it looks better than ICD !
Same. After replaying it recently, it became very clear that the only way you could beat it is play it enough so you could pre-emptively jump or duck hazards. It's more a game about memorization than reaction skill.
I think this game would have been better if it were two players. Or have you play as either Slick or Spin, and not have Slick tell Spin to stay. Basically Super Incredible Crash Dummies just like the Mario games. I think it should have had more levels like a building (when dr sub was fixing the wire), level where you are jumping up to the rooftop and you find Ted along with Spare Tire and Darryl being captured by Junkman.
Super Nintrndo is my favorite system. That's all I have to say about the Crash Test Dummies. But don't forget the band that had no relation to the PSAs at all! Bunch of weirdos, but they made us laugh.
to be honest that may have been its saving's grace, as i got to the last boss like three or four times, never beat him.....one day i'll beat this game, out of sheer boredom
I do agree that this game (as I remember playing it, only got a s far as either Part 2 or Part 3 of the Construction Site stage) is only average at best, nowhere as good as....say.....Super Mario Bros. or any other action/platformer.
I used to play this game with my brother and cousins, the 90´s were the best no doubt...
The sound quality of this game is all over the place
Try *2x playback speed*

...
So many?
Don’t blame you for not understanding the appeal.

He's a lot like Plok with losing his limbs. Have you tried it? Much better game than this one is.

How funs anticipating enemies before they appear on screen? I remember this game drove me insane as a kid.

Al fin, tenía años buscando un gameplay de este juego...
Ahhh! Que recuerdos 😍😍😍
Es buenisimo! Y amo la musica principal ♡
I remember the old TV show and figure line, what a blast from the past.. The game was so fun to play.
You know when you die he says "Your ass!!!" I swear that's what I hear
I played this game all the time when I was little. Loved this and total carnage. And battle cars was good too
Some commercials I had exposure to, but I remember the CG TV Special on FOX the most.
The incredible crash dummies game on SNES and Sega Genesis from LJN and flying edge is came out October 1993!
Who's here after the AVGN episode
🎵He's gonna take you back to the past🎵

This version always looked like an Atari Lynx game to me.
Kinda reminds me of wayne's world game. The pelvic thrust when he jumps is a nice touch.
Crash dummies was later bought by Mattel and was part of hotwheels
Super Nintrndo is my favorite system.

Wait.. This isn't Tinkydink and Lion Popsicle?
I don't know what that means but the mind boggles at the sound of it.
So. Many. Puns.
If it weren't for the sheer amount of cheap deaths this game would have not been that bad.
to be honest that may have been its saving's grace, as i got to the last boss like three or four times, never beat him.....one day i'll beat this game, out of sheer boredom
0:50 dummies saying people are dumb lol how ironic

Good job.
Original stonks.
ooof that's quite the... soundtrack..
Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm
I am a dummie..
*LIKE*
Bosses toy tyco car crash dummies jumping
At least this isn't Sid the Dummy. That game is hot dogwater.
More cut scenes than gameplay.
you just described the entire metal gear series
It's probably better because of it. They're the best part.
the ending was boring
and what was that thing they managed to retrieve back even about??
yeah the nes version was better
