    In a match you should try to fake the liver shot so the cover will automatically go to the liver and instead of landing the livershot you should throw the left hook. Gives the hook a lot more power.

      Agreed...draw their gaurd down to defend their liver with the fake then hook them in the head, lovely fake 👍

    As a dutch fighter when you make the lowkick, keep your left leg on the ground when you kick, its creates more power! Love the vid btw

    Beautiful combos. Once you get the concept of the first one, its easy to expand to the 2nd/3rd or even more versions to end with the low kick.
    I usually step to the left as I throw the low kick to get even more power into it.

      XDKX101 thank you and yes I agree that by stepping offline you can generate more power by kicking through your opponenet

      Punchbagpro Is there a reason u don't take your head of center line for the liver shot?

    • @Punchbagpro
      @Punchbagpro  5 лет назад

      @@treroney4720 I move it off centre slightly down to the left 👍

      Punchbagpro
      Youre more than welcome!...
      I noticed you sort of lift off with your lead foot and turn in the air...and kick simultaneously!
      think im explaining that right!;)
      You dont turn/twist on the ball of your foot!. Is that a typical style of muay thai kicking or your way of adaption?....obviously you generate a great deal of power ..so wondered if that maneuver,was a little secret per se?

    • @Punchbagpro
      @Punchbagpro  6 лет назад

      CodedToast yes to generate maximum power the jump twist allows you to chop down harder but I also twist with the ball of my foot on the floor at other times too

    • @MarcosJ-mq4lk
      @MarcosJ-mq4lk 6 лет назад +1

      Punchbagpro
      Thats great #! thanks for the tip,and totally knew you must use the twist also..but this caught my eye,especially when i slowed it down...because to be able to generate that much power(i can tell by the sound),,then you must be doing something quite interesting...plus years of training and your muscle memory of course..but still.....ive not seen many people be able to generate that amount of force...and you stood out from all the vids ive seen...
      Reminds me of Ramon Dekkers power!....very similar.
      Great stuff.....!
