It's a fabric mod called Freecam. It allows you to detach the camera from you player. I use it to showcase things in my content at better angles. My player isn't actually moving while this is happening.
Watching the copper farm work is WILD!!! You could plan a whole base around windows into this farm! It's mesmerizing :P
It's fun to watch and there is a viewing platform.
