For starters I think u have wheel on backwards I can see the sitiching

Hello Bruce,
I'm not familiar enough with the TATA formula wheel and stitching on the lower spoke but I believe the counter sinking for the hub's allen srews are on one side only.
Using that detail Russ's wheel is correctly installed
