Just when I thought my next trail shoe is the Nnormal Kboix, M2C comes out with the H1 and T1. I absolutely love my R1. I just wish there were more road ultras in NorCal. Great interview, Jay.
Thank you, Michael! The T1 did look pretty sweet. It will be mid year before it is available. The woman I was interviewing, said she loves and runs in the R1 as well.
@@TheOldUltraRunner I've been glued to TRE livestream on FloTrack since the venue opened. They've been deep diving into most of the players. I thought 2024 was a huge running gear year. Next year will be huge.
@@MyFatAdaptedLife , it was a lot of fun. It was also fun stargazing. I saw Anton K, Scott Jurek, and Zach Miller. Had conversations with AJW, Hal Koerner, Meb, Jason Schlarb and Dakotah Popehn (this years Olympic team in marathon). They all seem like pretty normal people that just run fast. 😃🤣
If the T1 actually can go as far as 800 Miles with that wide forefoot and at that price it will be hard to choose topo over them even tho the new Vista and mtn racer 4 seem quite exciting
Yes, I am very excited about the MTN Racer and the Vista. These were very nice shoes, however, I guess only time will tell if they really last 800 miles. They had a pair on display that had been used for 800 miles of racing. However, was it by a light runner with a perfect stride?
I really can't tell you. I had another appointment and didn't get to try on the shoes. I know people that say they feel great and would expect that to be the case with the super critical foams they use. I am hoping to get a pair soon and will make a video with my impressions after I get to run in some.
@@TheOldUltraRunner Actually I was referring to the Rep, all she talked about was the Eco sustainability, which is nice but she never talked about the actual fit and feel of the shoes:) I'll be watching for your review:)

OMG, just tell us how it feels underfoot! Doesn't matter how long it lasts if it isn't comfortable!
