There is a gunstore literally in 30 second walking distance, or what I like to do is skydive to it. 3. The pool is not see through, so if the police come you can hide in there. 4. The room upstairs can be used as a safe room as it has a small closed in hallway, which you can place turrets in (I made it the master bedroom) 5. Balcony can be used as a helicopter pad!

The thing about the garage on homes, Yes it does show the most recent (spawnable) vehicle that you were in. The way to refresh it is stepping into the house and then stepping out (when you step in, it will replace/add the car in the garage you most recently used)
Crater city has that balcony which is so much better to exit the house and go to gun store, jetpack or garage. When u get raided u can even go hide in the pool
I don't think so, the space are alot, but if they put like some basic guns like pistol, shotgun and rifle (for ppl who having boss/swat pass), might be worth, or there's a message will tell you that cops just your crew base, if you rich guy or griding with friends, might be worth but not for solo griding, anyways thank you soo much for telling the update earlier, I like your content

Imo it would be still nice if Badimo would keep old homes cuz now everyone will fight for those 5 except for penthouse myb, BUT: It would be even cooler if like you, after claiming a house and getting a vehicle in garage you can go in to the garage and use this vehicle (similar to gun racks tbh)... It would kinda be as new spawn point for vehicles but yea it would be soo cool! Oh btw if u planning buying a penthouse, I suggest you buying it in the crater city, it's better imo

In my opinion, I think the city penthouse was made for the people who play as cop more often (P.S don't buy the beach house. although it looks nice, it is far away from a garage and gun shop. Buy the town one instead)
