imo this is the best Texas A&M RUclips channel after Texags 👍 It’s only a matter of time before the subscriber count catches up to the quality of the content
Nuño P.O.’d me. He attempted to publicly shame me when I questioned the wisdom of inviting his longhorn friend on to affectionately chat. Couldn’t believe it. I unsubscribed and haven’t looked back. I think Drew does a better job than TexAgs, any of the “Locked On” or “247” channels for Aggie coverage.
Hey Drew, earlier in the season many of us commented that A&M was not really running the Klein offense even when Reed was starting. After watching the LSU replay a number of times I am of the opinion that the Aggies have spent a lot of time in practice running Kleins offense when it is Reed's turn at QB. When Reed was inserted into the game it seemed like for the first time we saw the Klein offense. Reed's decision making was superb and far superior to what we saw in his earlier appearances. I'll be looking for increased use of the TE's in the offense going forward.
This is a much better matchup for the Ags than people think. SC is going to have to score 20+ if they want a chance. Most of their success on offense comes from short fields off turnovers. Otherwise, Sellers has been sacked 25 times and has 7 fumbles with 4 picks. Perfect for the Ags. Aggies have the best adjusted run defense in the SEC as well. It COULD be an ugly offensive game for us but we still should have no problem scoring 20+ which I just don’t see how SC can match. Ags 31-17
Gamecock fan here, I love the video man! I personally don’t think SC is sleeping on A&M. We’ve been tired of the heartbreaking loses. We know this is a make or break for the season. I agree with everything you said, the OLine has to find a way for SC for this to even be close. If the OLine can show up, we’ll have ourselves a ball game. I think 28-13 is a little too much but I think whoever gets 24+ first is your winner. If Williams Brice stays awake all 4 quarters, I think it messes with Reed. Great win last week! Go Cocks🤙
Yea I agree, in the new pulse episode after the LSU win Elko told the guys that they should enjoy the win, but that they need to lock in for Carolina because it’s going to be the most hostile game this year.
I think we matchup well. I’m confident in this game and think we’ll win hand-idly. 31-17 like I said in the call-in. Marcel Reed gonna break out big time in this game. I think this is our most effective passing game so far this year. We will not give up on the run and Marcel is gonna do damage through the air. We’re gonna see the passing game start to develop this week into an effective enough attack that propels us toward a national championship. Marcel: 297 yards passing 2 TDs 0 INTs 48 yards rushing 1 TD
I love this post. I think same bro. If Reed starts I think we gonna see some pass plays from him we haven't seen yet. Asian you right too bro. Maybe he doesn't pass more than 20 times but say he hits 10 to 12 out of 15 and he hits some big ones or we break some long ones
I've had to completely adjust my mindset to watching this team and what to expect heading into game weekend. Mike Elko is that reason. A&M may not win this game, but at this point in the season I trust Elko, his ability to coach and find ways to win. Excited for what this team and this program will do, FINALLY
Great video. I’ve had this game circled as a concern for the last couple weeks. After LSU game, I am much less concerned. I think Klein will be able to keep the SC defense off-guard for most of this game with play calling and system changes. I think we see both Marcel and Conner. When they stack the box, put Conner in for a couple plays to see how the defense reacts. We have so many different things to make defenses worry about when we have both QBs as an option. SC will also play 2 QBs, so this will be a rare SEC game with 4 QBs playing by design. I agree with you that establishing the run will be the key to our offensive success. I’m boldly predicting that we get 4 rushing touchdowns in this one and win by 13+. I’ve got it 37-23.
I'm not as concerned about SC as I have been. Elko has gained my trust with the team. I believe he will have them ready to play and we'll see a solid game. I expect if its close at half time, Elko will make adjustments and blow the game wide open. SC gives up 28 points a game, Aggies gives up about 400yrds passing but 17 points. Look for close game then we'll start finding big holes to run thru and open down field receivers to pass to. 32-17 Aggies. Statement game, Aggies are for real and its sec championship or bust.
@@andrewsheek my bad I did get it mixed up. Never the less I still feel we will win by 2 TD. Aggies will settle in and play like they do. Bend but don't break defense. They should get a handful of sacks and a turnover or 2. Think we'll get lots of fg's and we'll wear down the defense late and open up some passing lanes. Reed isn't as bad as some think throwing the ball. I hope he has a chance to prove himself and get some valuable playing time. I'm not trying to be over confident how ever I do like the Aggies to win and do it in impressive fashion. I know anything can happen on any givin Saturday. Soo I'll stick with my pick 32-17. Gigem
Aggies have not allowed more than 24 points so far this season. I don’t think SC can score more than that. If the Aggies score 25 or more, I think they win. Ags 28-17.
I think just like MIss St, this team is looking to prove themselves so yes they fight to keep it close. Reed shows some growth since the Bowling Green start and takes advantage of them containing the run. 27 - 17 Ags win
When every talking head on the internet calls it a trap game is it really still a trap game? SC is good, but A&M is better. It suspect a game that feels similar to Miss St. except hopefully more execution. A&M will be in control for the most part even if the score stays close. 27-16 A&M
But I do agree sometimes you are what your record is I know SC is a gritty team…but If they were this so called dangerous team like everyone keeps saying they are…they wouldn’t be 4-3 Good teams find a way to win I keep telling everyone…it doesn’t matter how elite your defense is if you can’t score We saw that with a&m last year They have a badass defense for sure, but it’s not like you can’t move the ball on them at all lol I’ve been rewatching their games Even with our inconsistent passing game we still have a better offense If the game is close in the 4th..I expect a&m will wear them down & I’m confident A&M can get the stops they need on defense SC fans are the ones who aren’t taking A&M seriously 😂 A&M finds a way to win 24-13
I know these guys get paid to look at both teams and give a balanced approach and analysis. But I saw something, after decades of being a miserable fan in the 3rd quarter of the LSU game, that I’ve never seen from Aggie football, our Team, both O&D, playing as a team! Yes, I know it could have been payback, playing home under the lights, luck… but for 10-minutes or so, we were an elite Team…. Blowout 45-10 Aggs
SC lives and dies with turnovers they have turned the ball over at least once in every game (except Oklahoma), and they not only give up a lot of sacks but tackles for loss as well
I see Aggies winning by 10 of they dont have another 100-yard penalty game, and whoever plays QB doesn't turn the ball over. aTm needs to fix those penaltly habits quicky, its going to eventually bit us in the butt.
I love our Ags but I Think we will drop this by 28-24 low scoring game SC is legit and I think we have a let down but the O-line sucks our D-line is going eat them up but they win the game,
I don’t think anyone is sleeping on sc, every Aggie knows we are losing this game 9/10 times. There isn’t a single Aggie that thinks we are blowing sc out
9 out of 10 times? Y’all need to have a little more confidence. This is a much better matchup for us than people think. SC is going to have to score 20+ if they want a chance. The deciding factors in this game: 1) Aggies elite D-line vs Gamecocks bad O-line.
2) A&M has quality depth, SC not so much.
Aggies win by 2 TDs.
Very good analysis. This game will show if the Aggies are approaching the elite level in the SEC. Aggies win by less than ten.
