use a "silicone gripper" for the apple pen ... it will be easier to use ... and also you can change you "iPad screen protected and put a paper effect" one ... makes it easier to make notes

lol i’ve been stressing over my college work recently, i’m a health student on a really intensive 1 year course. i’m ahead so far but i can feel myself doing less and less every day - i keep getting restless and unfocused and, to avoid becoming burnt out, i leave my work and try to focus on something else. today i worked off and on all day, but it wasn’t very consistent at all, and i feel like i didn’t retain anything. aaghh.

Ever think about using a paperlike or something like it on your iPad? It necessarily doesn’t feel like paper but it’s close to it...kinda. But I personally think it’s waaay better than writing on straight glass.

Ima pre med student i wake up at 7:30 and start studying at 8:00 till 5:00 and then go to collage from 6:00 to 9:00

How do you stay so motivated? I can't study for more than 2-3 hours without feeling completely burnt-out. Any tips?
Maybe you can try the pomodoro method! That means you study for 25 minutes, then take a 5 minute pause. And after you’ve done that 4 times you have a 25 min break :)
@@irisjpost Thank you for the tip! I've been trying that out the past couple of days, and it has helped quite a bit :)
I also use this app that blocks apps from my phone for a certain amount of time and it’s pausable it helps me focus 💕
