It was no easy task finding and pinning DMX down to talk to the guys and the audio of this show proves that but the guys managed to hit record and catch a very unfiltered DMX. 💯💯 bro! Pac was/ is my all-time favorite artist. After he passed, X really filled that void. Those two were extremely influential on my adolescence. Through all the ups and downs, I always fucked with X. I’ve not been as effected by X passing since Pac. Long live those two brothas.
Sad to see DMX like this, he had a lot of powerful spiritual songs. Depression and drug abuse took over his life but he will be immortalized by the impact he had on so many. 🙏🏼 🕯

Man the reason X is and was held in such high regard and y ppl gravitated to him so much is cuz he wasn't scared to be HUMAN. So many celebs try to paint this perfect picture of their life and X showed all his flaws w/no hesitation even AFTER he achieved all the heights of fame and fortune. We love him cuz he's not afraid to show he's not perfect and none of us are.....every interview left u feeling inspired in some way. Truly one of the greats and will truly be missed... It’s like I know what the medicine is that I need but for some reason I resist taking it. I have faith and believe in God! This little peak into my personal life...is nothing compared to others. This touched me to tears. I am not someone who would listen to your podcast but I have been moved to do so. I was especially moved to watch your podcast with "DMX". It has literally been on my mind for a while. Thank you. It is not always how we say something...It is what we are saying. He really went to God for help. I know it is true from experience. Listen to the words of his prayer. It is never too late to learn and it is sometimes from those who we do not expect. My children (especially my oldest son has been talking to me about doing this and I was already being moved to do so). My children are from your generation. His spiritual awareness is amazing. His heart that was for God made him the man he was. His strength in knowing the spiritual battles we fight daily has touched my heart. He lived to help 1 to know about God but he touch many more due to his humbleness, realness and honesty. Until you know the power of God and the reasons we are here to spread the Word. He did spread the Word to those that would not hear it and he did in the best way he knew and he spoke it in many ways.
