This is actually really crazy, in all the years I have been in K-pop I've never seen something like this happening. In American maybe people would not appreciate it as much as other people in Korea because this is gold over there, they don't have this much in Korea, this a big deal.
There are actually a lot of drag acts in korea but they aren't as prevalent in kpop, so I get what you're saying.
The boy group N.O.M did a drag sort of concept for their more recent comeback. The title track is "I'm Not But". It's really good.
Jo Kwon has done drag and did ball culture inspired performances and Brown Eyed Girls involved a lot of drag queens in a recent comeback of theirs. that aside, i haven't seen the main artist in an mv be in drag before

There’s no such thing as feminine and masculine. Just people gravitating to what they like in their nature. There’s no staple female and no staple male. These terms are getting old and further restricts people. I don’t find him feminine or masculine at all. I see a person expressing themselves and wearing a style they like. That’s all there is to it.
