Mike im a long time follower and subscriber on your channel. I've started with my PDR course from a very well known and respected technician situated in Brisbane, Australia. The course is divided into 3 days, me and my wife has only done the 1st day, where he has taught us the very basics of PDR, for example how to push a hail dent on a bonnet. He send us home to practice that to perfection, we are due then to attend the next phase. Sadly due to change in circumstances we don't get enough time to practise, but I'm slowly but surely getting there. In the meantime I've invested in good quality basic PDR tools, a light and a stand. All bought 2nd hand from a tech who's retiring soon. To get back to this video. I've never had any training in glue pulling, and I know this was not the purpose of the video, but overall I've found this more helpful in the do and don't as a evaluation of the tabs! Cheers mate, I'm gonna get me puller and hammer out, got some small dents that is a good candidate for glue pulling on my 1982 W126 380SEC Mercedes..... It's on the back q panel and I'm scared to put a rod down the little rear window. Thanks mate keep it up!
I have started buying cheap car’s restoring paint fade and clear coat peeling, now I want to have ago at small dents and this was exactly what I was looking for thank you 😊 Now I’m a PROFESSIONAL! Just messing as the car is mine I can make as many mistakes as I like but loving the journey
Wow! You make me feel like I just got a private PDR lesson, one on one. I'm not a pro, but I try to learn something new every year, and this year it's PDR. I have some dents in my pickup to practice on. Thanks for a great tutorial!
Learned more about glue pulling and tapdown off this "tab video" than I have off of 50 other supposed glue pulling videos! Probs go and order the tabs now too :D
Thanks for explaining it in detail, I learned more in 30 mins than I have yet. Working on some dings in my ride I got all the larger ones out, I still have some fine tuning to do, gonna keep practicing this with the line board
Starting out working on my own vehicles. The Dead Center tabs are very strong. I ordered the flip tab assortment pack to practice with. One of my biggest issues is going to be finding a decent reflection board without spending $300 until I decide if glue pulling is for me or not. Harder than it looks and tapdowns seem to be my biggest obstacle yet
So with tabs that have different texture, the ones with the smoothest surface will hold the best. In a kit i have, the tabs have different colors with different textures, for different breakaway strengths.
Brother Myke, I was fascinated with the glue pulling and wanted to try on my work truck, before trying to help a friend with Hail damage. trying to save a bit, I purchased a junk set on amazon but I want to put some money to the folks at Keco for their training and quality product. I'm thinking of supporting a PDR class at some local high schools but this Virus thing has put that on hold. Just wanted to show some love and respect for your time and wisdom. Thank you for sharing! Michael in Tennessee
Atlas tabs are the best. Pull all the time. They have yet to ever break or stretch on me. I glue pull daily. I have every kind of tabs too. But hands down to Atlas!
I'll try them all and enjoy Keco's stuff too. But honestly, Atlas tabs have never failed me and are strong, durable and most importantly pull. I continue to enjoy your tool reviews!
Awesome video I started to do Pdr I think I have an idea but a guess not I’m investing on your training videos plus eBay glue tools don’t work I learned that ☝️
I see these little tabs and they're great for small dents but the only person I see who does tabs that link together with a post is the Man of steel Clark Kent
Good stuff Myke. You still got it lol Ty for sharing . I guess I better order up. After time in this Florida heat my gang green tabs are finally stretching out. Peace bro.
I wonder what effect the alcohol actually has on the hot glue; does it dissolve the glue it is it just getting into the interface between the panel and the glue to allow it to release?
I've spent over $1500 on my tools and tabs... Now I just feel stupid realizing I did not have to buy the tabs or the tools.. you can get a bunch of glue sticks and tie them together. Like 4 or 5 in a bunch.. light the end of the glue sticks with a lighter apply the the end of the melted glue sticks to the Dent and just pull with the glue sticks..SIMPLE AND BETTER
There is no link below for those tabs and you make it look entirely too easy you do suck LOL thanks for the knowledge I just hope I can apply it correctly

Jimmy McGill thanks Jimmy and appreciate you watching.
This is the best video I have ever seen showing how all the components work together. Thank you.
Been using that tiny tabs around 7months and really is a strong pull everytime.. i call it sniper tabs.. great vid Myke as always
Thanks for explaining it in detail, I learned more in 30 mins than I have yet. Working on some dings in my ride I got all the larger ones out, I still have some fine tuning to do, gonna keep practicing this with the line board
I'm amazed by how these keco tabs work.. thanks for the demo
Awesome tutorial! What glue do you use with them? Thanks
Just purchased a mini lifter kit. Now I know what to do. Once I get the light, more tabs, knock downs, slide hammer, blending hammer, etc...

I've been in PDR for 25 years, just getting in glue pull. I guess you can train old dogs new tricks 🤣 . The Dent Guy .
By far the most helpful video on the subject that I've watched - thanks!

Excellent job done, what’s in the spray bottle please ,just water?
91% alcohol
Keyco recommends you use a heat gun on the area before pulling. Is heat gun method overkill or will it make it pull better?
Yes definitely helps. Get panel to a consistent temp of 120 degrees during the initial warm up.
We're I can buy this prodect I have workshop in UAE 🇦🇪
hi,could you tell me what glue is the strongest, you use black, others use yellow ones
Thank you so much from the UK
Bitchen PDR demo ....I'm showing it to a few guys here in the office , thanks again Dr Myke !
What is the black glue pasted onto the body before pulling called?
I think its that red hammer tool makes a good match with those tabs.
Indeed it does.
Just getting into pull tabs pdr looks like it worked well .Thank You
Can somebody tell be what the black glue is and how to amuse it. Thanks

Appreciate the kudos! Thanks for watching and stay safe. 👊
What is the black glue called?
Really appreciate your demo video and the time you put into it. Many thanks
What brand of slide hammer dent puller were you using?
Thanks for taking time to help Myke. The ice centipedes I’m guessing also pull better then the standard blue?
you mentioned the ultrabase tapdown tool.. Do you know where I can purchase one?..Nice video. I like how you teach. Easy to understand.
Ultradenttools.com
What glue?
Thank you for posting this video, because it's helping me learn how to take the dents out.
Er, that’s kinda the point!
Hello what is the model and brand of your board thank you
Can you review the WOYO PDR007
So its interesting that the smooth side is a stronger pull. You'd think the textured side has higher surface area grabbing the glue
Because a textured tab has pockets of air. Where a flat surface tab has no pockets of air so it creates a stronger bond.
Atlas tabs are the best. Pull all the time. They have yet to ever break or stretch on me. I glue pull daily. I have every kind of tabs too. But hands down to Atlas!
That’s awesome. Love seeing techs still use Atlas. 👊
I'll try them all and enjoy Keco's stuff too. But honestly, Atlas tabs have never failed me and are strong, durable and most importantly pull. I continue to enjoy your tool reviews!
Thanks Myke as always. Missed what kind of Glue you used with the new tabs? Havasu Dent.
Now I see why you had that light with the lines so you can identify a warp and hammer it back to straight lines
Thanks for your time Mike I learned something new today

Amazing, Hi from Rio de Janeiro Brazil, great video thanks!
Little more complex than I thought it was. Got a kit from Amazon. It has the object that spins to pull the tab off and it didn’t work very well.
great lesson.....Thank you
Always worth watching, cheers Mike 👍
Awesome video I started to do Pdr I think I have an idea but a guess not I’m investing on your training videos plus eBay glue tools don’t work I learned that ☝️
Awesome! Thanks Myke. 👍
Yo Mike, how do you go about polishing your VIP knockdown?
Jai Slick usually I use a drill with a wool pad attachment and use steel polish. Sometimes even 2500 grit sand paper and polish to a shine.
Большое спасибо очень интересное видео !

HOW EASILY DO THESE BREAK??
Not that easy at all. 😉
The alcohol is magic on that glue, really unbelievable
I wonder what effect the alcohol actually has on the hot glue; does it dissolve the glue it is it just getting into the interface between the panel and the glue to allow it to release?
This was awesome 👏
Great work, now I know how to remove the small dent from My car, Cheers o/

Are glue tabs reusable ?

Golden fingers
