    Thank you for the bug and insect identifications, knowing this will help me to not FREAK OUT if/when I see them on my milkweed plants - this is my first year to plant milkweed and other natives.

    To keep aphids off your milkweed, you plant marigolds around each of your milkweed plants at 12,3,6,9 o’clock to keep aphids off your milkweed plants!!! Been doing this for years now and it works!!!

    My milkweed is HUGE and so far I just saw one cat! The milkweed is covered in bees on the flowers, but no cats are eating it...what could be the problem, South Jersey local.
