Do you remember how wide the aperture was? I’m trying to decide on a camera for my documentary project and am choosing between Canon c70 with autofocus and the Blackmagic with manual focus…
It's a fantastic camera and certainly stripped down it would work for a run and gun camera. I did have a focus puller and with a FF camera I would certainly suggest that. Images are spectacular. to say the least
Yeah the Sigma art glass is pretty great. Thing to understand is with a full frame sensor the DOF is much shallower so pulling focus with the still lens can be pretty challenging. Sigma cine zoom would makes it easier as the barrel throw is much longer as with all cine lenses. But the lens looks great, just takes more fines on the focus end.

Yeah. It really depends on where you want your exposure to fall. That has more effect on noise than the ISO. 1250 is the low end of the 3200 ISO. So you are actually moving middle great by doing that if that makes sense. I prefer to stick with native ISO and manage exposure accurately. I know that the footage is heavily underexposed, and no one should want to shoot stuff like that. But it's basically a stress test, because I noticed it straight away when first testing regular low light settings (that weren't that under exposed). I showed it to colleagues of mine who are all very accomplished DPs and all of them said. Well yes... its super underexposed, but that still should not happen. Like I'm not hating or anything haha. Im just trying to figure out what the problem is, how many people experience this, so that I can communicate it best to Tech support and maybe they can mitigate it somehow or maybe conclude there are faulty sensors out there. Thanks for the quick replies though! Much appreciated!
@@STEFANvDIEST No worries, I want to get to the bottom of it also.
Train station look like a dump. Train stations in any Chinese cities are clean and high tech.
😂
But they ain't New York!!!
Completely depends on the stop and the borough. It is NYC though what do you expect, not for the faint of heart.
