PAM CRITICISES GOVERNMENT OVER CAYON HIGH SCHOOL

Former Minister of Education Shawn Richards recently described the non opening of the Cayon High School, as one that portrays a level of incompetence.
Richards places blame at the feet of the Constituency representative, in which the school is located, Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew, who is also the Minister of Finance, and Dr Geoffrey Hanley, the current Minister of Education.
