use mouse that have dpi can set manual low or higher acceleration. no input delay. recommend Logitech mouse

Yes, you need a monitor that is Atleast 120hrz or higher to be able to use the 120hrz mode on the Xbox
You can play at 120fps on 60hz monitor, but you will only see 60fps, so buy a 144hz monitor

You don't have to have a monitor. Any display whether it's a TV, monitor or whatever needs to be 120 hz or better to actually get 120fps. Heck my phone can run 120fps lol. You can even go with a 4k 60fps TV that has a 1440p 120hz mode. So it doesn't necessarily have to be hdmi 2.1 either. 2.0 can do 1440p 120fps. Not all tvs have that option though
