Danny Gill is an awesome instructor. Puts out the best instructional dvd's i've ever owned. He can play it all. At 0:56 he changes pitch by pushing the headstock. The way RR played it. No whammy bar, fyi.

@10Dante4 he pushes his neck forward, makes your strings loosen a little, practice it very carefully, don't do it too hard or you might break your neck :)

Danny is not in the same league as the other popular internet "teachers" he is a consumate pro and Lick Library is full on professional instruction- not a recreational guitarists version. cheers.
@5678Kirill sxtill want to be careful, there have been cases in which the neck breaks from this, it happened to slash once and it injured his neck (his not the guitar's)
It looked like he bumped the neck and not bent it, but I've seen both done B4, their a cool creative trick, but I don't recommendi bending the neck it will evh ally warp and crack the wood, but go ahead if your made of money I guess
Justacuase18 Well theoretically you are correct, but in actual use, the bending is not huge, a small bend can change the pitch. moreover, there is the truss rod and the wood is seasoned, it can handle these minor bumps and bends!!!

He's pushing the back of the headstock to get vibrato.
He probably knew some people wouldn't of had a whammy bar so he done that.
