I am one of those people that wants to develop games in Blender and technically I have . You do not need to make a GTA 5 clone to make games it can be as simple as Tetris , Monkey Ball or pool . I have played scrabble that is a pretty simple game . Minecraft proves that a game doesn't have to look good .
Blender can be used for small games......but for games like forza horizon or gta five......you should look onto unreal engine 4.....but still blender is good for concept

Sergio Fredes Mena well if you have bad models and lighting and all that stuff you’re game won’t do very good cuz it’s more fun to play a game that looks good and doesn’t look like trash, so i would say one of the most important things in games are good models

what is that zombie game? looks awesome
Have Blender game engine
I want the best 3D mode||ing program to use with my game engine! Idk but I want to use Maya but it's some difficu|t so I decided to stay with it and try to |earn something new and I'am in here. Probab|y B|ender can make what I want.
Good video for the most part. Only part that I disagree with is you can work at an AAA studio and still use Blender. I'm a cinematic prop artist at Volition and there's a couple of ppl that use Blender as their main modeling program
I have a question !!! You know that I just started blender just recently and learning it in the off time from my college works in max ...
But blender software size is very low and also it takes 1/10 times of max for get start ...
Although I love blender but Is this software that much stable !!?? For big project files ...
I found little bit of lagging while sculpting in high poly , but hardware is also can be part ...
But still I have the question
performance is an issue when it comes to handel objects over 10-15 mil polys... they are improving the performance in the next release 2.82. look forward to it
Just start using it fir 2 weeks or more and u will find every answer u r looking for! I do this for any software!
@@nadimkazi87 yup! This is the biggest advantage of blender
@@Userdoesnotexit oh !!! Understood , thanks
Swapnanil Nag u mean blender is much way better than 3dsmax?for now the latest version released was 2.82..how about the incoming versions ..is blender could surpass the big industry standard 3d Softwares?🤔
I think it is fair to say that, at the very least, one could learn blender to do the basic stuff in general, but if you want to work in the industry you should use to learn the tool most used in your main area.
Does Blender Engine 2.8 have a game engine and logic editor? I'm a little worried
the built-in game engine was removed
I am one of those people that wants to develop games in Blender and technically I have . You do not need to make a GTA 5 clone to make games it can be as simple as Tetris , Monkey Ball or pool . I have played scrabble that is a pretty simple game . Minecraft proves that a game doesn't have to look good .
Blender can be used for small games......but for games like forza horizon or gta five......you should look onto unreal engine 4.....but still blender is good for concept
Is CG Learner your channel? The audio content of the videos is reminiscent of either you or AskNK
Is unity free to use
Thanks Kermit
Hahahahahahaha
Thank you for everything, that's what I want to add .
Peace be upon you.
Hi
👍
I dont like the fact i got an AD for ShapR 3D before watching this...
Usually do blender + unity
lighting is better too
Iam making a sad horror game on blender :3
You're right, but a video game cannot be reduced to graphic detail. I sincerely prefer to play supermariobros than many of the contemporary games, so you can invest a lot of money in software, but if your game does not capture the player's attention, it will fail.
Sergio Fredes Mena well if you have bad models and lighting and all that stuff you’re game won’t do very good cuz it’s more fun to play a game that looks good and doesn’t look like trash, so i would say one of the most important things in games are good models
Why does he sound like a French version of the box ghost
Its the best
