This can also happen from nerve damage from riding motorcycles. Happened to me.

I’ve got it too but never thought that my life long handlebar addiction could be a possible culprit

Mine don’t get that pale. They go from normal ( slightly red in my case ) to full on grey and blue with bright orange) reddish spots

Has anyone got positive/negative experiences with heated gloves? If so which brands? I am looking to invest in a pair myself and would love to know more. Thank you in advance.

I am not sure what I have (currently everything went downhill fast, it’s autoimmune related but they have come back with too many different things for me to be sure yet. But this is some thing I only just started suffering from the past two years. I’ve always had issues with circulation in my hands but after I got pregnant in the first winter, I severely suffered with my hands. I’m seeing a rheumatologist right now because I know that I need to be on some sort of medication. But is there any sort of lotion or anything, that will help the pain and the dryness? My skin also gets incredibly dry and when I have a flareup, my fingers get swollen and then dry out incredibly bad. I’ve tried every sort of lotion, even working hands and it makes things worse. I have very very very sensitive skin. The only lotion I’ve been able to use without breaking out is the stuff that they give people with eczema. But it’s very painful. My skin cracks a lot too in my hands are already very numb so I have a lot of issues keeping my hands safe.

I dont think you have raynauds or buergers disease based off what symptoms you're talking about- have you looked into possible cardiovascular problems? that could be causing the swelling in your hands IF they're edamous, so when you push onto the swollen hand it leaves a dent called a pitting edema. Unfortanely autoimmune disorders are so frustrating, and there will be no cream to help more than you've probably tried. Medication will not fix, but can subside symptoms like the swelling, maybe you need diuretics. best of luck!
