Awesome thank you! They are 5.12m x 2.85m. We are also fortunate that there is a step down into the garage so the height to the beams is 2.68m and 2.83m to the ceilimg beyond the beams so its great for overhead work!
Thank you! It was 30mm Sprung gym floor tiles from Sprung flooring. You can go thicker if you are a serious lifter but this thickness allows heavy drops. The weight of the tiles alone keep them in place so no glueing and we can’t recommend them enough as they make it feel so much like a professional gym!
