Couldn't join the livestream, so at least a late like for the algorithm. Ah, 1.600 subscribers now, great. 2.000 must be the next goal, it would be more than well deserved.👍
Well done Arkeys! I wasn't going to try the Lambo based on how it drove with my old G29, very understable. I just put in 10 laps with it here and beat my Genesis time by 3 tenths 😯 It's like a different car with the new DD Pro! If you ever do upgrade to a wheel go straight to direct drive if possible lol, night and day difference on everything but comfort tires lol 😂
Would you do a best run video of the Nord? I squeezed into a high 6:26 with a few blemishes, but I think a high 6:25 is my potential best. Gold is certainly not in reach. Still on AT and X and square for controls.
Tbh, I don’t really have anything to show! I haven’t been back since I gave it a shot one of the first days, and that time is slower than yours 😃 Didn’t record it or save a replay either. Did you watch Mistah MCA’s guide on it? He did a great video on this. And GG on your progress on this mad challenge 😃
@@arkeys74 Yeah saw his video guide and I was surprised that I didn't run it far too differently than he did in my natural run. I think when I last mentioned to you that I am around the 6:31 range, my estimation was that I could at most get under 6:30. What I did not realize at the time was how much more room I have to perfect my runs, and there was a day that I kept failing to do a valid lap. That's when I took a few days off and gradually recalled my lessons learning the track back at the Circuit Experience. As a new comer to the Circuit Experience, what I found was that my lap often goes wrong when I start a push lap. Instead, I should train for consistency and when I did that, my time gradually improves. So the same happened here. I practised for consistency and was surprised to learn that I improved from a low 6:30 to a high 6:28, skipping the 29s and right into a provisional silver once I figured out a few spots in the earlier sectors, and I got the time with a few mistakes in the process. So I thought 6:27 is my limit until I eventually realized from Mistah MCA's guide that I still have plenty of room to improve my control precision (it's more a matter of car control than track knowledge that hindered me here), and eventually cut into an unexpected high 6:26 with a big mistake at turn 1 and a few blemishes along the way. So in a sense, I should be able to make a 6:25 and that should be the real limit for AT and X and square control, but with the other engagements in life, I probably would call time on this one. Here is my run, if you are interested to watch ruclips.net/video/7zkFSHxJw4E/видео.html
I said at the end of the stream that I reckoned I could get into the 2:04’s

Thanks a lot Leon! 😃
Yeah slowly sneaking upwards, but I am just enjoying the fun of it 😃👍

Thanks Chris! And GG on your time as well, certainly sounds like a possible DD wheel is something to look forward to in some far future 😃👍
