I got out of collecting several years ago because of the cost, and that was with getting dealer pricing through a master distributor. $1500 for six cards? After checking on your cards, how much were they worth? How many boxes minimum to complete the base set with no dupes along the way? Fifty boxes is how many to get the 100 card base set. $75,000!!! So it's not a collector set, it's a speculator set. You buy hoping to score a $5k or $10k card. It's not what the hobby was supposed to be about. I appreciate the videos for what they are, and I hope you pull great cards going forward. Just can't justify buying product with a per box price that would pay the mortgage for a month, or make car payments for 5 months.
Imagine how great these hits would be in a normal box of cards. Hell…A CASE of cards! But, since this is a $1500 box of six cards, I’m not sure you broke even. Yikes. Hard pass for me. I’ve got a kid that plays travel hockey. 😂😂😂
Your talking about buying a box of The Cup? He took a risk and got a reward for it. For me, I would of bought a box and store it away. If I want, I would of bought the singles instead.
