Hi Jignesh, if you'll check out the conversation I had with Elliot Peters in the comments from two days ago, he was having the same problem. I think that will help you. Sorry for the confusion!
any reason why when placing 2nd layer edges you cant use D' R' D R D (CWT) L D' L' ? this is the beginner method I use to solve std 3x3 and it seems to flow better then D' R' D' R D (CWT) L D L'
It only took me two tries. It is sometimes hard to tell when you have made a 90 turn. Good instructions. I had been trying to use F2L. I would have eventually figured it out, but who knows how long that would have taken.
For the record you can do this like a 3x3 excluding orienting the centers when making the cross. When you solve the last 3 centers of the last layer just turn it in the wrong direction and it flips the center upside down. Then solve it in the right direction and it will solve the centers of the last layer and flip the last center you did back upright
I've been cursing the gods here trying to figure out WHY your algorithm for the 2nd layer pieces refuses to work!! 🤬 Then I noticed a peculiar detail... My cube is flipped from yours. 😳 My yellow and white sides are the oppiste, as well as the geometry of the cube in general. Basically you can say I have a left-handed cube compared to your right-handed cube! How bizarre!! It's ironic though, because I'm left-handed 🤣
I get that a lot in the comments for this video. It could be that my cube is the more rare one because it seems like lots of people have one like yours. Glad you got it figured out!

Maybe I’m just stupid or something but when I hold my cube trying to follow you it looks upside down or reverse of what your doing but my yellow is on top idk what the hell im doing wrong
I get this a lot. Your cube is like a mirror to mine, so you would solve the white face first, then follow everything else the same. I guess they made two versions to confuse people!
What if there is a middle piece that is a ledge, but still in the middle? The piece is in the middle, but just in the wrong spot and is a ledge piece. Not sure how to describe it or solve it
Sounds like the piece is in the middle layer in the right place but oriented wrong? If that's the case just insert any piece into that spot to kick out the piece that's oriented wrong, then reinsert the kicked out piece back into the spot, but thos time with the correct orientation. Hope that helps
